Koza MiXtopia Inc.

Koza MiXtopia Inc. (General Incorporated Association of Japan) was established in June 2023. As an incorporated entity, it supports Koza X MiXtopia Research Center as its primary project and creates new projects while offering services that support the growth and development of the incorporation.

Koza MiXtopia Inc.

1. offers academic programs to scholars, researchers, students, and interns from within Okinawa, outside the prefecture, and overseas through research on Okinawa. We seek to partner with US academic institutions to build mutually beneficial and long-term relationships with Okinawa through practice.

2. produces ar(t)chives, a mixed art-archive object (having dual-function as archives and artwork), creating local-to-global connection using radical imagination.

3. Supports the regional economic revitalization projects and create alternative vision f mutually benefitting globalization of Okinawa.

4. Provides translation and interpretation (English/Japanese) service and other services for growth and development.

5. provides a space to explore Okinawa's alternative future through art, activism, and academia and to build Okinawan (diasporic) networks across national borders.
