Everyday Life/Art
Art is conceptualized as a creative force that exists in the everyday life. Performance art/life as the center's model looks at the everydayness as a site of creativity where we discover, recover, explore, exchange, merge, and transform the mundane into the marvelous. We focuse on everyday life matters, looking closely at the unlikely places, to find meanings life that otherwise has been forgotten. Sketches of Teruya and the Seamstress exhibits attest to this process of what I call, chance.
